No, this promotion is only applicable to the purchase of Synergy™ Petrol (Supreme+ premium petrol or Synergy Extra petrol).

3. I have received other promotions for events that are taking place during the same period, can I still participate in this Birthday Reward?
You may also participate in the promotions listed on the Esso website, but you cannot enjoy two points rewarding promotions at the same time. The final Rewards Points will be credited to your Esso Smiles account after the Promotion Period.

4. If I choose not to install the Esso App, can I still get the birthday reward?
No, if you choose not to install Esso App and login to your Smiles account, you will not be able to participate in this promotion as the reward will be sent through Esso App.

2. Can I earn 20% extra Esso Smiles points for trading at Esso convenience stores and using car wash services?
No, the 20% additional Esso Smiles Points are only applicable to the purchase of Synergy™ Petrol (Synergy Supreme+ premium petrol or Synergy Extra petrol) that is eligible to earn Smiles Points.

3. Can I merge all my Esso Smiles cards/credit cards that are already linked to my Smiles account registration to receive additional rewards?
Yes, you can calculate the credit card of Esso Smiles card or the connected Smiles account in your name by combining it. If you purchase Eligible Fuel within one month and meet the specified requirements, you will receive an additional 20% Esso Smiles Credit.

4. If I choose not to receive Esso promotion messages, can I continue to participate in this Fuel Consumption Upgrade Reward promotion?
Yes, you can continue to participate in this promotion and earn an additional 20% Rewards Points if you reach the relevant fuel level. However, you will not receive an SMS notification that additional Esso Smiles Points have been credited to your Esso Smiles account.

1. This “Hong Kong Member Onboarding Programme” (“Promotion”) is open to all Esso Smiles members who are new to Smiles Driver Rewards Programme in Hong Kong. For avoidance of doubt, Esso Fleet Card, Discount Card, Private Label Cardholders are not eligible for this Promotion.

2. The Promotion shall commence from 1 October 2022 until further notice (“Promotion Period”).

3. “Eligible Transactions”: An Esso Smiles member is eligible for 500 bonus Esso Smiles points when he/she made two (2) “Synergy™ Petrol” (Synergy Supreme+ premium petrol or Synergy Extra petrol) purchases during the first 30 days upon registry. Each purchase needs to be at least HK$400 of Synergy™ Petrol (after discount per single transaction).
4. In order to participle into this promotion, an Esso Smiles member is required to install the Esso App HK and login to the Smiles account.
5. This Promotion is valid for Eligible Transactions of Synergy™ Petrol (Synergy Supreme+ premium petrol or Synergy Extra petrol), and not valid for transactions from convenience store item purchase, and fuel redemption with Esso Smiles points, fuel coupon and fuel cash coupon redemption.
6. This Promotion is applicable only to first time applicants to Esso Smiles Driver Rewards Programme. Esso Smiles members who have existing Esso Smiles Card, Esso Smiles Affinity Cards, Esso Fleet Card, Discount Card, Private Label Cardholders are not eligible for this Promotion.
7. Under this Promotion, 500 bonus Esso Smiles points will be credited within 1 month upon the completion of two (2) Synergy™ Petrol Eligible Transactions.

4. An eligible Esso Smiles member can receive a birthday reward redemption eCoupon in the Esso App before their birth month. To use the eCoupon, Smiles members are required to spend at least $400 (after discount in a single transaction) on Synergy Supreme+ premium petrol or Synergy Extra petrol at any Esso and Feoso service stations in Hong Kong during the member’s birthday month within the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Transaction”).
5. This Promotion is open to all Esso Smiles members who meet all of the following criteria:
• Successfully registered their Esso Smiles card for reward redemption under the Esso Smiles Driver Rewards Programme for Hong Kong via Esso App; and
• Provided their birthday month during Esso Smiles card registration at least one week prior to the birthday month; and
• Opted in to receive promotional messages; and
• Logged into their Esso App at least one week prior to the birthday month; and
• Made at least one Synergy™ Petrol purchase within the 12 months preceding their birthday month, with the purchase completed at least one week before the birthday month.
6. This Promotion is not valid for transactions from convenience store item purchase, and fuel redemption with Esso Smiles points, fuel coupon and fuel cash coupon redemption.
7. An Eligbile Esso Smiles member can only participate in this Promotion in one month in each calendar year, the member can get one birthday reward redemption eCoupon during their birth month regardless of the member have multiple Smiles cards.
8. During the Promotion Period, the member’s relevant Esso Smiles card / linked credit card must be presented to be swiped with the Qualifying Transaction.
9. In case of dispute, the Esso Smiles member must present the original receipt for the Qualifying Transaction for verification.

4. Qualifying product of the Promotion refers to Synergy™ Petrol (Synergy Supreme+ premium petrol or Synergy Extra petrol) that is eligible for Smiles points earning.
5. This Promotion is valid for qualifying product purchases made during the Promotion Period using a valid Esso Smiles card or a credit card which is linked to the Esso Smiles member’s account (“linked credit card”). The registered Esso Smiles card or linked credit card must be presented and swiped during qualifying product purchase transactions.
6. Under this Promotion, the Fuel Purchase Reward will be credited to the Eligible Smiles Member’s account approximately 4 to 6 weeks after the end of the Promotion Period.
7. Eligible Smiles members can participate in this Promotion in conjunction with other Esso Smiles promotions.
8. In case of dispute, Eligible Smiles Members must present their original receipts showing the amount spent on qualifying products during the Promotion Period for verification.

3. Should any dispute arise, the decision of ExxonMobil Hong Kong Limited shall be final.
