Merging cards enables you to manage all Esso Smiles points in a single account. Please fill out this form to merge your Esso Smiles/credit cards. Upon completion of this form, our Esso Smiles Customer Service Centre will process your request and may give you a call for verification.

Important: Each account is limited to two cards. If you have more than two cards, please contact our Esso Smiles Customer Service Centre to remove and merge card.
